Right of Access

Since we collect no personal data, there is no data for us to provide access to. All your data is stored locally on your device.

Right to Erasure

You can delete all locally stored data at any time by using the "Clear Cache" option in Settings or by uninstalling the app.

Right to Data Portability

Your data is stored locally on your device and is already in your full control.

Right to Object

Since we do not process any personal data, there is nothing to object to.

Right to Rectification

All data is stored locally on your device and can be changed directly in the app settings at any time.

Third Party Services

Streamly uses the following third party services:

Apple App Store / Google Play — for app distribution and subscription management. Their privacy policies apply.
Your media server provider — when you connect to a server, you are subject to that provider's privacy policy. Streamly acts only as a neutral player client.

Legal Basis for Processing

Since Streamly does not process any personal data, no legal basis under GDPR Article 6 is required.

Data Transfers

No personal data is transferred to any third parties or outside the EU/EEA by Streamly.

Children's Privacy

Streamly is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.
